Specification of Stone Composite Tile: 20 mm (3/4") thick: 2mm stone, backed with 18mm of cheap or inexpensive natural marble backing to save the cost of the surface marble material.
13mm (1/2") thick: 5mm stone, backed with 8mm of cheap or inexpensive natural marble backing to save the cost of the surface marble material.
Application: floor tile (not applicable for heavy traffic flooring), wall tiles, wall panel for dry installation purpose, etc.
The main purpose of Marble Composite Tile is to greatly reduce the cost of surface marble material and to enable the 1st choice quality or extra quality material to become available in big quantity.
